I feel like the work atmosphere nowadays is totally different than it was back when my dad was in business. I own my own company and I feel like my clients expect me to be on call at any given moment which makes it really hard for me to have a life outside of work. I tried my best to balance my social life with my business but at the end of the day all it really matters is that my little company is thriving so I do what I can to make sure I’m available whenever my clients need to be. I recently got clear wireless 4g and that helped me stay in touch with them when I’m on the go but it doesn’t need that things are any easier with client e-mails and need something from me when I was out with my friends or was on a date. I really need to lay down some ground rules to make sure I don’t let things go too far but it’s hard in this economy!

I am a person with the innate passion for business; however, not all people, like me, are fortunate enough to be born in a family or clan of businessmen. Personally, I know a lot of business and trading geniuses out there who are just employed and paid with a compensation that is insufficient for the kind of intelligence that they have. Good thing there are non-profit organizations who offer small business grants, giving these people the opportunity to make use of their business intelligence. Tons of financial assistance is available. Further, this gives everyone to pursue their passion for business.

But may it be a grant from the government or some private company, what’s more important is that we should learn how treasure and value that opportunity that is given to us. I’m not saying that you must aim to make it a multi-million company after a few years, but it is just right that we show gratitude by proving to your benefactors that you deserve such grant.
