So, just what does a “sufficient, varied, tasty and nutritionally balanced” diet mean? Well, foods that are low in blood and serum cholesterol, as well as in saturated fats are the basics of healthy food and eating. Moderate consumption of meat, salt, sugar and other carbohydrates are the simplest answer to such question. And another trick, savor our food and eat slowly to avoid over eating.
